Painting & General FAQ

1. Do you take commissions?

Unfortunately, I'm not taking on commissions ( including portraits ) at this time due to time constraints.

 2. How can I be the first to know when new paintings are available?

The best way to find out about new work that I've added is to follow me on Instagram and subscribe to my newsletter at the bottom of this page. Unfortunately, I am not able to contact people individually to let them know when I've added new work.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship prints internationally. All other painting and product purchases to an overseas address will be refunded. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

4. How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping prints and products. Please allow up to 4 weeks for framed prints, wallpaper, and fabric orders as they are made to order.

5. Can I custom order a print or painting size?

Unfortunately, no. I do my best to offer a variety of sizes of paintings and prints, but we are unable to offer prints in custom sizes.

6. What medium do you use?

It varies depending on the subject. I mostly work in acrylics, but I use oil and watercolor from time to time, too! 

7. How can I purchase a painting or print?

All paintings and prints are for sale solely through my website. If a painting has sold, it will be marked on the top of each image. Once you click on the product you are interested in, you can add it to your cart and follow the prompts to the checkout. All available paintings are listed on my website. I do not have any additional paintings for sale in my studio.

8. How can I view paintings that will be for sale prior to their online release?

Almost every painting that I complete is posted on my Instagram or Facebook page before it is made available for purchase in a release. There is also a one hour preview on my website prior to the release that showcases all paintings and sizes.

9. What's your return/exchange policy?

All paintings, prints, products, fabrics, and wallcoverings are final sale. Please email us at info@teilduncan.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

10. Do you offer a trade discount?

Yes! We offer a discount to the trade on prints, fabrics, and wallpaper. Please apply for our trade program here.

Textile & Wallpaper FAQ

1. How long will it take for my fabric and wallpaper to arrive?

All fabric and wallpaper is made to order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Because all fabrics and wallpapers are made to order, please note all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@teilduncan.com

Fabric Specific FAQ:

 1. Do you offer half yard increments?

All fabrics are printed and sold in one yard increments only.

2. How do I clean my fabric?

Due to the delicacy of the fabric, we recommend letting the professionals clean your fabric. 

 

Wallpaper Specific FAQ:

1. Can I hang my own wallpaper? 

While we highly recommend hiring a professional to avoid any errors (remember all sales are final), we can't stop you! Please see hanging directions here.  

2. Do you offer double rolls?

Unlike many wallpaper rolls, our wallpaper rolls are printed and sold by the individual roll.

3. Will the wallpaper pattern align on different size rolls?

All wallpaper rolls are printed from the bottom up, so the patterns will line up at the bottom edge for all size rolls. Different size rolls may vary in pattern alignment at the top edge, so in order for all rolls to align at the top, you will need to order the same length rolls.

4. How do I clean my wallpaper?

When needed, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe your wallpaper clean.
